  • CHIEF OF PARTY / HIGHER EDUCATION PROJECT AIMED AT THE BASIC EDUCATION LEVEL

    The Chief of Party is responsible to provide leadership in the management, implementation and oversight of the forthcoming project, ensuring performance quality and compliance with donor and FEDISAL requirements.
    Requisitos
    • • Higher education (At least a Master degree, or Doctorate) in a related field Education
    • • At least ten years of relevant experience as a COP or senior manager of projects of great scale and complexity, preferably with USAID as a funder.
    • • In-depth knowledge of education systems in Latin America or similar countries
    • • Ability to build alliances with local and international partners, including NGOs and private sector
    • • Experience and empathy for coordination with the ministry of education and other state offices
    • • Excellent management, leadership, decision-making and interpersonal skills to ensure internal consistency among various team members and partners
    • • Proven leadership qualities and excellent management skills
    • • Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required, both written and oral communication

  • MONITORING,EVALUATION AND LEARNING SPECIALIST

    Develop and implement a solid MEAL plan that ensures monitoring of project results at different levels (outputs, results, and impact) and follow-up during project implementation. Provide relevant evidence for learning
    Requisitos
    • Experience in the education sector (local or international) strongly preferred.
    • Proven experience with statistical applications and data analysis; familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative information analysis tools
    • Demonstrated experience of statistical packages and/ or data analysis software and advanced computer skills (word-processing, spread sheets, and databases)
    • Strong experience in conducting a research studies -including the entire evaluation cycle, from design and formulation to implementation, analysis and presentation of results and recommendations to different stakeholders
    • Demonstrated experience in data processing and management of large scale information
    • Experience designing and utilizing effective collaborating, learning, and adapting /CLA tools and methodologies to improve program execution.
    • Knowledge of USAID reporting and M&E systems
    • Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required, both written and oral communication
    • Bachelor´s Degree in a related field Statistics, Economics Social Sciences or Public Administration, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. 
    • Master’s Degree in a related field Education, Monitoring and Evaluation, Project management, Statistics, Economics Social Sciences or Public Policy. 

  • DEPUTY CHIEF OF PARTY

    Ensure the timely availability of the Project resources, guaranteeing the optimization of their use and the success of the management, enforcing compliance with regulations, policies and procedures of USAID y FEDISAL
    Requisitos
    • Graduated from Public Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or related careers
    • Desirable master's degree or specialization in administrative and / or financial areas.
    • At least five years of prior experience working in administrative and financial areas on USAID-funded projects
    • Strong experience in preparing, monitoring and managing budgets, procurement as well as the ability to perform financial analysis
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and fluency in English are required
    • Strong analytical, planning and people management skills

  • TECHNICAL MANAGER / YOUTH WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

    The Technical Manager is responsible to provide leadership in the management, implementation and oversight of the forthcoming project, ensuring performance quality and compliance with donor and FEDISAL requirements.
    Requisitos
    • • Master of Education, Economics, Public Administration, Business Administration, International Development or a related field.
    • • At least ten years of relevant experience as senior manager of projects of great scale and complexity, preferably with USAID as a funder
    • • Demonstrated experience in the youth workforce development, job creation and vocational education projects.
    • • Ability to build alliances with local and international partners, including NGOs and private sector
    • • Excellent management, leadership, decision-making and interpersonal skills to ensure internal consistency among various team members and partners
    • • Proven leadership qualities and excellent management skills
    • • Professional fluency in English is required in both written and oral communication
